By accessing or using Fesera ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

About the App

Fesera is a documentation aid that allows physiotherapists to create evaluation and progress notes through customizable templates. All generated documents are stored locally on your device unless you explicitly export or back them up elsewhere.

License & Restrictions

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App for professional physiotherapy record-keeping.
• You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or offer the App as a service to third parties without prior written consent.

User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and retention of all patient data entered into the App.
• You must comply with applicable privacy, health-records, and professional-practice laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, provincial/state health regulations).

Intellectual Property

All code, design, and content of the App are the property of Daniel Fesera Technologies or its licensors. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee compliance with any specific regulatory standard.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daniel Fesera Technologies shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

Termination

We may discontinue or suspend your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; however, uninstalling the App will lead to loss of stored data as it uses AsyncStorage.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
