A physiotherapist and patient reviewing recovery progress together on a tablet in a clinic
For clinics

Your patients’ recovery,
between visits.

Give patients a home programme, follow their progress between visits, and keep clinical records in one place. Patients use the app free.

How it works

Prescribe in minutes.
Follow up every day.

Prescribe a programme

Build a home programme from the exercise library, with each exercise and its dose selected by your physiotherapist.

Invite the patient

Add their name and phone or email. They get a link and a code, and are connected to your clinic as soon as they confirm it’s them.

See how it’s going

Sessions, how they felt and symptoms they report arrive between visits, so you can adjust the programme or bring them in sooner.

Your clinic, your patients

Your name on the care.

Patients see your clinic’s name and logo and their physiotherapist’s name on every message and programme change. Front-desk messages are labelled as front desk, never as clinical advice.

While a patient is connected to your clinic, the app doesn’t promote Fesera’s own care to them.

Security

Built for clinical records.

Clinics are isolated from each other in the database, and every invite, connection, approval and chart view is recorded in an audit log. We sign a data processing agreement with every clinic before any patient data arrives.

How we protect data
Questions

Before you ask.

What does it cost?

Plans are priced per physiotherapist, with a free 30-day pilot. We’ll walk you through pricing on the call.

Do our patients pay anything?

No. Your patients use the Fesera app free to follow the programme you prescribe and to message your team. Your clinic subscribes on the web.

Can other clinics see our patients?

No. Each clinic sees only patients with an open relationship to it. A patient seen by two providers has two separate records, and neither can see the other.

Who signs clinical changes?

Every assessment, note and programme change is signed by a named physiotherapist, and the patient sees who made it. Shared logins are not allowed.

What happens if we stop paying?

You get 14 days’ grace, then 90 days to read records, reply to patients and export your data. Patients keep their programme at its last dose.

Can independent physiotherapists use Fesera?

Yes, on a one-seat plan. Request access and tell us how you work.

Access is by application
