Know when it is really Fesera.
Use these checks before you enter health information, accept a provider connection or make a payment.
Official web addresses: public information is on fesera.com. Accounts, intake, provider connections and checkout are on app.fesera.com.
Patient codes and QR sheets
- A code connects one patient to a named provider workspace.
- A legitimate code does not ask you to transfer money or reveal a password.
- After opening a QR link, check that the address ends in fesera.com and that the expected provider name is shown.
- If anything looks wrong, stop and contact the provider through a number or address you already trust.
Payments
A service price, provider, cancellation terms and total should be visible inside your signed-in account before you confirm payment. Fesera will not ask you to pay merely to redeem a provider invitation.
Messages and passwords
Fesera will never ask for your password or email sign-in code by phone, chat or social media. Support may ask for a non-sensitive reference so we can locate a request, but not for credentials.
